Our Hackathon on AI Transformation of Services in London
On October 10, we’re bringing 20 teams together in London for Dwelly’s first hackathon, with Anthropic, ElevenLabs, General Catalyst, and EQT joining as partners.
At Dwelly, we build agents that work across residential lettings. That means dealing with phone calls, emails, documents, maintenance requests, and decisions that need a person’s judgment. Our agents face constant challenges: information arrives in pieces, and old records might disagree. An agent has to recognize what happened and decide how to proceed.
Together with our partners, we’re opening up that challenge to other builders for a day. Come and build an AI agent that can take an operational case from first contact to a positive outcome.
Build for the exceptions
Each team will choose one of four tracks: insurance claims processing, property management, banking and financial services, or delivery and logistics.
We’ll provide synthetic data and operational problems to build from. Your agent will face a Reality Test: unfamiliar cases with conflicting information, missing context, and unexpected failures.
Your goal is to build something that could work inside a real service business. We’ll judge what it can get done, how reliably it works, and whether it knows when to escalate to a human for help.
£10,000 in cash prizes
We’re awarding £10,000 in cash prizes, including a £5,000 grand prize for the Best Real-World AI Agent. Additional awards recognize exception handling, voice agents, engineering, and the audience’s favorite.
Prizes also include ElevenLabs subscriptions, Claude credits, and partner gifts.
The strongest teams may go on to run a real pilot with Dwelly.
Join us in London
Join us on Saturday, October 10, from 9am to 7pm, for a day of building, demos, and conversation.
We’ll provide food, drinks, Wi-Fi, power, tool tokens, synthetic data, and frameworks.
Teams can have 2–5 people. You can also apply on your own, and we’ll help you find teammates.
We’re selecting 20 teams, and every application will be reviewed.
